This shearer can be operated in seams inclined transversely up to 25° in dip and rise direction as well as up to 35° longitudinally. the MIKRUS GUL-500 cutting and loading machine

The GUŁ–500 cutting and loading machine is designed for bi-directional cutting and loading coal in thin seams in longwall mines, where seams are longitudinally inclined up to ± 35°, and transversally up to ± 20°. Cutting height range is dependent on the cutting drum diameter, ranging from 1.1 m to 1.7 m.

The GUŁ–500 is moved along the sidewall by a haulage system, which is powered by electric motors fed from frequency converters located in roadways. The GUŁ–500 is functionally associated with the system of pipes laid in the AFC supports.

   

 

 

the KSW-620E/KSW-620EZ shearer

is an all-electric shearer of modular design suitable for bidirectional cutting and loading of coal in longwall operations. The shearer is mounted on an Armored Face Conveyor with Eicotrack type chainless haulage system. The shearer is designed for bi-directional cutting and loading of coal in seams inclined transversely up to 15° in dip and 20° rise direction. The shearer can be operated on faces inclined up to 35° longitudinally with brakes and up to 12° without brakes.

 

   

the KSW 800 NE longwall shearer with electric drive

is designed for two-way mechanical cutting and loading coal in a longwall mining system. The shearer is carried along the length of the face on the armoured face conveyor and AFC panline is 850 to 1100 mm wide. It operates in Eicotrack (pitch 125, 126) or Jumbotrack (pitch 147) chainless haulage system.
 

The shearer has a compact, self-supporting structure that enables operation in longwall systems of high performance with high technical parameters. Stepless height cutting adjustment enables mining operations in coal seams of varied thickness. It is adapted to longwall mining operations in seams inclined up to 35° longitudinally and up to 20° transversely.

   

 

the KSW-880EU longwall shearer with electric haulage drive

 is an all-electric shearer of modular design suitable for bidirectional cutting and loading of coal in longwall operations. The shearer is mounted on an Armored Face Conveyor with Eicotrack type chainless haulage system. The shearer is designed for longwall operations in seams of longitudinal inclination up to 35° and of transverse inclination up to 20°.Thanks to changing geometry gear of the haulage drive, the shearer's clearance between the machine and the AFC can be adjusted within the range of 300 mm.

 is an all-electric shearer ideally suitable for bi-directional cutting and loading of coal in high-performance longwall operations in underground mines. The shearer is designed for operation in seams inclined up to 35° longitudinally (with brakes) and up to 12° longitudinally (without brakes), up to 20° transversely upwards (with R-300 ranging arms), up to 15° transversely upwards (with R-500 ranging arms) and up to 15° transversely downwards.
