Ryfama will join the Kopex Group
Rybnicka Fabryka Maszyn Ryfama S.A., manufacturer of mining machinery and equipment, will be acquired by Kopex S.A. Acquisition contract of Ryfama’s shares was signed on 19 February 2010, between Grupa Kapitałowa Gwarant (and its individual companies, including Ryfama S.A.), and Kopex S.A.

Kopex Group’s record income
The Kopex Group - the third largest global manufacturer of mining machinery and equipment reached consolidated sales income amounting to 2,313 mill. PLN for four quarters of 2009. The Kopex Group’s sale increased by 16.7%, in comparison with 2008.
