BRAND - NAME RECOGNITION CERTIFICATE

This CERTIFICATE confirms and certifies that KOPEX SA has the necessary attributes of a Brand - Name Company, enjoys recognition and good reputation in Poland and is therefore found to be eligible for membership in the Academy of Brands. Certification procedures are done by the Institute of Polish Brand - the institution in charge of implementation of The Program for Restoring the Role and Importance of Brand Names and Trademarks in Poland. The Institute acts upon authority vested in it by the Minister of Economy and by the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
